All our frames are rigorously tested both in the lab and out on the trails; they're certified to ISO 4210-1 standards. They also undergo quality control checks both in the factory and in our workshop. Everything is built with the utmost care and fully checked before dispatch.
In the unlikely event of a problem, we’ve got you covered.
Airdrop frames are covered by a warranty that entitles the original purchaser to a repair or replacement in the event of a manufacturing defect. This covers faulty materials and workmanship, but not normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
All frames are covered for 2 years from date of purchase against manufacturing defects. Valid for the original purchaser only. In the event of a warranty claim, we will repair or replace the defective component on a new-for-old basis.
What’s covered
What’s not covered
We might not like it, but crashing is part of mountain biking. Sometimes a serious crash can damage your frame and when that happens, we’ve got you covered. All frames are covered for 5 years from original purchase date in the event of accidental damage. We'll help you out by offering you a new frame at a discounted rate:
Year 1: 50% off RRP
Year 2: 40% off RRP
Year 3: 30% off RRP
Year 4: 20% off RRP
Year 5: 10% off RRP
The discount applies to a whole new frame, and if your exact frame isn't available we'll offer you it's current equivalent.
New frames supplied under the Crash Replacement Scheme do not come with a new warranty.
Your original warranty period still applies. For example if you have a crash replacement frame in year 1, you'll still have one year of your original warranty left; if you have a crash replacement frame in year 3, your new frame will be outside the original warranty period. If you want to start afresh with a new frame and a full new warranty, the best way is to buy a new frame at full price.
