All Airdrop frames are made in small batches. It's the best way for us to stay in control of quality and all the little details. We work hard to ensure everything is in stock but occasionally, a frame sells out faster than anticipated. So we like to be open about our stock levels. The chart below shows where we're at with the current batch, what's in stock and when the next batch is due.

The Bitmap Trail is a proper hardcore hardtail. We're selling the last few Bitmap Trail bikes with SRAM NX 1x11 drivetrains to make way for the new NX Eagle 1x12 - save £300 while stocks last.

The Bitmap frame uses our own specification 6061-T6 alloy tubing. There are gussets in all the right places and a custom CNC chain stay yoke that gives bags of space for a 2.6" tyre. The CNC shares the same CNC dropouts as the Edit, but with Boost 12x148 spacing and our own Airdrop CNC stealth axle. Short chainstays (420mm) mean you can rail it through berms with ease whilst the head-angle is slack enough (65°) to handle the steeps comfortably. Super low standover on all sizes means you can fit a 150mm or 170mm dropper, and choose your size based on reach.

The Bitmap Trail might be the most cost-effective build in our range but there are no corners cut. There's a proper fork - Rockshox Revelation 140mm, and a Reverb dropper with the new 1x remote. There's a Descendant 35mm bar/stem combo and it even has a Hope Technology wheelset. As ever we've specced decent tyres; WTB Vigilante and Trail Boss, with the Tough casing and High Grip compound. It's a great spec rounded out with an NX 1x11 groupset and Level TL hydraulic discs.

In a market crowded with very average alloy hardtails, the Bitmap stands out. Designed by us in Sheffield, it's fast, fun and completely dialled.

  • The Bitmap hardtail frame was designed in Sheffield and developed on trails throughout the UK. As with all our bikes, it's built to be simple but effective. It's also fully up to date, with a Boost 12x148mm rear axle (included), integrated 180mm brake mount, a threaded BB shell and stealth dropper compatibility. Plenty of clearance for 2.6" tyres.

If you have any questions regarding compatibility, please contact us.
