Watch a Bitmap Pro being built from bare frame to full bike in our latest bike build video.
All our bikes are built to order right here in our Sheffield workshop. We've covered a bike build process before when we built the Hope bike, but that was back in my garage. We've moved up in the world (a little bit) since then; we've moved to a dedicated workshop, James has come on board and so has Obi the dog. We've also launched an all-new hardcore hardtail, the Bitmap. So when the opportunity came up for our mate Gee Milner to film us building up a Bitmap Pro, it was a no brainer.
This is a genuine customer's bike - in fact he's taking delivery of it today. This is the real process we follow with every bike we build. It's all done by hand, one bike at a time with meticulous attention to detail and real care. And yes, Obi does check them all out before they go.

Andy is leaving Airdrop Bikes for bigger and better (well, bigger anyway) things. We're going to go back to being a three-man brand, but we're also stoked for Andy.
