Slacker Core (2027)

2 months bike abuse in the alps and not even a rattle by the end. This thing is solid, no hassle, amazing spec and absolutely rips the bike park

Had my Slacker for about 3 months now, and everytime I ride her she just makes me grin. I opted for the ohlins edition purely because I've ran Fox, Rockshox on previous bikes, and I can definitely say what a choice, so easy to set up and feel confident on. As for the Slacker well that's just a beast, rides smooth and fast on any terrain. She's been to Dyfi, Hamsterley and even rides well at Greno,
My son has a Trek Session and I ride that sometimes but always want to go back to the Slacker, for me it just rides better, I think I prefer the extra weight, just feels more planted and stable, and picks up speed so quick. The Session is 33lb and my Slacker is 39lb depending on what tyres I run. Just don't be put off by weight, because this bike just delivers in every way. Looking forward to smashing some lines in Morzine this summer.
