Despite the lifting of some lockdown restrictions, we are still taking a great deal of care to work in a safe and sensible way. It's not quite 'business as usual' for us yet, but we're building bikes and shipping orders. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to Contact Us and we'll be happy to help.

Frames ship on a 3-5 working day lead time.

Some Edit v3 stock-builds are on a 4 week lead time while Hope Technology work through their backlog. Please contact us for custom build options.

Services Running:

✔  Online orders can be placed as normal.
✔  Preorders can be placed as normal.
✔  We're available via email, Facebook and Instagram.
✔  Custom build quotes.
✔  Royal Mail and TNT deliveries.

Services Disrupted:

✔  We are not able to answer the phone at all times.
✔  Builds with Hope wheels are delayed by up to 4 weeks.
✔  Hope components are delayed by up to 4 weeks.
✔  Lead times on preorders may be affected by delays with Rockshox/SRAM.

Services Suspended:

✘  Deliveries to Andorra, Armenia, Gibraltar & Italy are suspended.
✘  Customer collections are suspended.
✘  Demo rides are suspended.
