Frame Bundles give you the opportunity to buy the Airdrop Edit as a chassis, with frame, shock, fork, headset & stem. It's a great way to start a new bike build.

Maybe you've got a good build on your old frame and you want to swap it over. Or maybe you just want to build your Edit a different way. We respect that. We ship frame bundles built, so you don’t have to mess around with pressing the headset bearing races into the frame or cutting your fork steerer. All you have to do is bolt on your drivetrain and finishing kit to complete the build.

Your bike is the most important thing in your life. Or you're a dentist. This is the bundle for you: The Fox Float X2 is probably the best air shock you can get: 4-way adjustability, two position comp lever, an EVOL air can and kashima coating. A shock like that could only be paired up with the peerless Fox 36 fork featuring a top-end Fit4 damper and kashima coated uppers. But that's just the spec; the finish on Fox kit is incredible, it looks amazing and it has the performance to match.

Bundle Features

  • Airdrop Edit v2 Frame
  • Rockshox Maxle rear axle
  • Fox Float X2 rear shock
  • Shock mounting hardware
  • Fox 36 Kashima Float 160mm forks
  • Cane Creek 40 Series headset
  • Truvativ Descendant 40mm stem

The refined and updated Edit v2 frame builds on the original Edit's reputation as one of the very best British mountain bike frames out there. Designed and developed in Sheffield.

Our design philosophy is to keep it simple. If you ride your bike fast, you need it to be strong, stiff and super reliable. You need plush, progressive suspension and sorted geometry. So that's what we designed into the Edit. No weird standards, nothing flashy; just dialled performance and reliability. It's a proper mountain bike.

Frame Features

  • 150mm plush rear wheel travel
  • 6061-T6 heat treated tubing
  • 27.5" (650b) compatible
  • Stealth dropper compatible
  • 142x12mm SRAM Maxle included
  • Threaded BB with ISCG05 tabs
  • Replaceable dropouts, mech hanger & brake mount

  • Edit v2 Bundles use build kit that we’ve tried & tested. We know everything works together and we know it’ll make a rad bike. But like all our bikes, it’s built to order, and we’re happy to make changes to the spec to suit your needs. If you want to change something, no problem. The best thing to do is contact us.

  • We often get asked these questions so we've put together some quick answers for you. More information is available on our Tech Pages, Shipping and Warranty Pages.

How long does it take to build a bike?
Normally around a week for a standard bike. If you have custom options it can take longer but we make this clear in your custom build quote. Things can be a little slower at busy times, but we keep you posted on progress.

Can I make changes to the build kit?
Yes. All our bikes are built to order so we’re happy to customise for you. The best thing to do is contact us and we’ll produce a custom build quote for you.

Can I have a different length dropper post?
We put a 150mm Stealth Reverb on as standard, but if you’d rather have a 125mm or a 170mm Reverb, no problem. Contact us after you’ve placed your order to discuss.

    How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on what you order and where you live. Take a look at our Shipping Page for more information.

The size & colour I want is out of stock. Can I preorder?
If it's out of stock now, chances are it's due back in soon. If you'd like to reserve one your can place a preorder. Contact us.
