Shipping policy
All bikes and frames are built to order in our Sheffield workshop. As a result there's a short build queue before orders are ready to ship. We publish an estimated build date on the product page, just below the price. That way you can evaluate when you're likely to get your order, even before it's placed.
Collection
Once built, orders can be collected from our Sheffield workshop. We will contact you to make arrangements for you to collect.
