If you are unhappy with your bike or frame for any reason, please contact us straight away and we’ll be happy to help.
If your order has not shipped: You can cancel the order (see below). If your order is unused: You can return the order (see below). If your order is used but faulty: You can make a warranty claim.
Cancelling An Order
If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it for any reason and receive a full refund, including shipping costs.
How To Cancel An Order: Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and let us know why you'd like to cancel it. If your order has already been dispatched it is not possible to cancel it but once it arrives you can return it in new and unused condition.
Returning An Order
If your order has already shipped, you can return it in new & unused condition up to 30 days after the shipping date. You will receive a full refund for the goods but not the original shipping costs.
How To Return An Order:
Please contact us in advance with your order number and let us know why you'd like to return it. We will let you know where to send it. It’s your responsibility to return the item safely so we strongly recommend returning it in the original packaging and using an insured shipping method. Once we have received the item, we’ll inspect it and once we're happy that it is in new & unused condition, we’ll process a refund.
You may not return:
A bike that has been ridden
A frame that has had components built onto it or modified in any way
Any product that is damaged either by you or in return transit
