Shipping policy

All our orders are built, checked and packed by hand in our Sheffield workshop. All our packaging is plastic free, and is either recycled or recyclable. Our bikes are shipped in our own custom bike box, wrapped in recyclable paper.

When Will Your Order Arrive?

We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, but please remember we are a small team and we don't have a warehouse full of robots.

Frame-only orders typically ship within 2-3 working days.

Stock Builds typically ship within 5-7 working days.

Custom Builds ship when they're ready, and that depends on your choice of components and their availability. But typically we ship custom builds in 7-10 working days.

Small items are shipped via Royal Mail but larger items such as frames and bikes are shipped using a premium courier service.

What Countries Do We Ship To?

We ship orders to anywhere in the UK and Europe regularly. All prices on the website are displayed in GBP and include UK sales tax (VAT) of 20%.

If you are in Europe, select your shipping destination at the checkout stage and the website will automatically remove the UK sales tax before you are asked to pay.

We are also able to ship to select countries outside Europe but it may be necessary to contact us to arrange shipping. For more information check out International Page.
