The most important thing to us is to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your bike or frame for any reason, please contact us straight away and we’ll be happy to help. 

You have the right to return the product in new & unused condition up to 30 days after the purchase date. It’s best if you contact us in advance so that we’re expecting your parcel. It’s your responsibility to return the item to us and we recommend that you use an insured shipping method. Once we have received the item, we’ll inspect it to make sure it is in unused condition, and if so, we’ll provide a full refund. If for any reason the item is not in unused condition, we’ll contact you to discuss the next steps.

Cancelling An Order

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched it may be necessary for you to return it.

What’s Not Returnable

  • A bike that has been ridden
  • A frame that has had components built onto it
  • A frame that has been modified
  • A frame that has had decals added or removed
  • Any product that is damaged either by you or in transit
  • Any product that is not in new & unused condition
